The team at Restore Motion LLC knows that women are the bedrock of their communities. In the 18 years we have been in business, we’ve helped these do-it-all heroes using our cutting-edge, evidence-based manual therapies, traditional treatment plans, and a deep dedication to personalized care that places value where it belongs––in the health and happiness of the patients we serve.

Our founders and therapists are women and men who understand the importance of holistic treatment. This is especially true when it comes to treating women, who have traditionally been underserved . We are SBA 8(a) Certified, Economically Disadvantaged Woman-Owned Small Business (EDWOSB) that has worked with incredible organizations such as the Women’s Tennis Association, the Washington School of Ballet, and many more.

Through our outreach and advocacy programs, we are able to help women  achieve the education, training, and resources they need to become the successful physical therapists of tomorrow. We are proud to partner with The Fem Word––because at the center of every bold woman’s story is her health.

About RESTORE MOTION Founders

Reshma Rathod, PT and Dr. Miriam Graham, PT founded Restore Motion in 2004. They both shared a passion for women’s health, and they saw a profound need for a women-focused, compassionate physical therapy practice that could support the female leaders who make our communities prosper.

As joint CEOs of Restore Motion, Reshma and Miriam are as dedicated to that mission now as they were then. They have watched their practice grow and thrive, and they have been incredibly grateful for the opportunity to give back to the women and families that made their dreams come true. 

By working together with The Fem Word, they hope to share their passion, knowledge, and advocacy with a global audience, and they are determined to bring the topic of women’s health to life through the articles and stories featured on this amazing platform.
